- Right to rectification: The data owner has the right to obtain from the controller the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. (Article 16, RGPD)
- Right to be Forgotten / Delete: The data owner has the right to have his personal data deleted whenever (a) personal data are no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected or processed; b) the holder withdraws the consent; c) the holder is opposed to the treatment; d) the data are processed illicitly; e) by fulfilling a legal obligation. - Right to limitation of processing: The data woner is entitled to the limited processing of personal data upon request. (Article 18, RGPD)
- Right to portability: the data owner has the right to receive his personal data in a structured, commonly used and readable format, and the right to transmit such data to another responsible person when (a) processing is based on consent and b ) the treatment is carried out by automated means. (Article 20, RGPD)
- Right to objection: The data owner has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him. (Article 21, RGPD)
- Right of reply: The data owner has the right of reply within 1 month (and may be extended for a further 2 months in cases of particular complexity) by the controller responsible for requests in the exercise of access rights, rectification and opposition. In the case of unfounded or excessive requests, when exercising the rights of the parties concerned, a reasonable fee may be charged, taking into account the administrative costs. (Article 12, RGPD)
- Right complaint with the supervisory authority: Data owners have the right to submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority if they consider that the processing of personal data concerning them infringes the RGPD. (Article 77, RGPD)
- Right to take legal action: Data owners have the right to take legal action if they consider that their rights under the RGPD have been violated. (Article 79, RGPD)
