PERCENTIL has certified auditors with certified training and professional experience to develop internal audits in the various management systems (Quality, Environment, Safety).

Internal audits are performed in accordance with the reference standard ISO 19011.

PERCENTIL has at its disposal several types of equipment for monitoring and characterize various environmental parameters and conditions, namely:

»    Lighting conditions evaluation

»    Evaluation of the concentration of chemical air quality parameters (COV´s, CO, CO2, among others)

»    Potentially explosive atmospheres concentration assessment

»    Thermal comfort evaluation (dry temperature, wet temperature, WBGT, relative humidity anda ir velocity)

Whenever necessary PERCENTIL will use accredited laboratories.

Legal advice is intended to provide clientes with legal information applicable to their activity in the field of environment and Health & Safety, in its practical aspect, indicating the necessary requirements to comply with it.

The service includes portuguese legislation, wich includes the corresponding council diplomas and European Union legislation.

Service also includes information on recent standards published by the Portuguese Quality Institute (IPQ). In addition to the periodic update of the legislation, the service is complemented by visits, audits and inspections for Legal Compliance Verification.

Implementation of Integrated Management Systems (SGI) Quality, Environment and Safety are done according to reference standards (ISO EN NP).

Management systems can be implemented by direct implementation or through consultancy.

To date all management systems implemented by PERCENTIL have been successfully externally certified.

Document management service including company documents, workers documents, machinery documents. We request, collect, analyze and make available OnCloud, in accordance with the requirements defined by our clients, with the possibility of associating access control systems with the worker documental status (compliance/non compliance).
